Research Interests
The research of the Ye group deals with chemical glycobiology and carbohydrate-based drug discovery. The research interests include the development of new methodologies or strategies for the assembly of glycans, the synthesis and evaluation of biologically important oligosaccharides such as tumor-associated antigens, the synthesis of carbohydrate mimetics/glycoconjugates and their therapeutical applications, as well as the design, synthesis and evaluation of carbohydrate-processing enzyme inhibitors.
