Research Interests

Our research program spans a broad range of chemical biology, nucleic acid chemistry and medicine, as well as nanoprobes for cancer detection and imaging. We focused on developing modified intelligent functional oligonucleotides and their delivery system to spatiotemporally regulate their activities. In addition, we also designed and developed now new fluorescent oligonucleotide probes for SNA nucleic acid detection and new optical nanoprobes for cancer detection and imaging. Our goal is to solve the off-target effect of nucleic acid drugs and develop targeting detection system in precision medicine.
